About Maximiliano

Maximiliano A. Ricca was born and raised in Argentina, where he pursued a degree in Business Administration. In 2002, he relocated to the United States and launched his real estate career as a Sales Associate with Ocean View International Realty in Sunny Isles. Demonstrating strong leadership and sales capabilities, he was soon promoted to Sales Manager for the Hollywood Beach and Fort Lauderdale branches, where he successfully closed multi-million dollar transactions.

In 2008, Mr. Ricca returned to Argentina and earned his Real Estate degree from the University of Morón in 2011. Shortly before graduating, in 2010, he was appointed Director of Sales for Fortune International Developments at their Buenos Aires office, where he achieved over $30 million in sales. 

 

In 2014, he joined International Sales Group (ISG) to open an office in Nordelta, Buenos Aires. As Director of ISG Argentina, he led the representation of pre-construction developments in key South Florida markets, including Sunny Isles, Brickell, and Doral.

In 2017, Mr. Ricca became part of Prodigy Network, a New York-based real estate firm specializing in crowdfunding for commercial properties in New York and Chicago. He managed investor relations in South America, raising over $8 million through crowdfunding efforts.

 

In 2023, he joined First Service Realty, where he has consistently achieved over $6 million in sales each year, further strengthening his position as a top performer in the South Florida market.

In 2025, he also earned his CAM License (Community Association Manager), expanding his expertise into property and community management services. Throughout his career, Mr. Ricca has enhanced his knowledge with several prestigious courses and certifications:

• Successful Negotiation – University of Michigan
• Business Management – King’s College London

Maximiliano resides in Hollywood Beach, Florida, with his wife and young son. Outside of work, he enjoys beach outings, biking, and spending time under the palm trees with his family.
